Victoria R. Parmentier CPM®, PresidentCited in Green Bay’s YOU Magazine‘s “20 women to Know,” Victoria Parmentier has been active in the real estate management profession since 1981, specializing in housing for the elderly, handicapped and disabled.
Ms. Parmentier is a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and her firm recently obtained the prestigious Accredited Management Organization designation from IREM.
In 2005, Ms. Parmentier joined the Excutive Council of IREM Milwaukee Chapter #13. Currently she serves IREM’s national executive committee as a Senior Vice President in addition to being a member of the IREM Foundation Board of Directors. Ms. Parmentier has served on the Board of Advisors of the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation in Green Bay since the inception of the foundation in 2003.
Ms. Parmentier served as Vice President of First National Financial Corporation, a multi-bank holding company, from 1984-1994 with nine locations throughout northeast Wisconsin. Her duties included Other Real Estate owned committee, bank merger application oversight, all shareholder activity and liaison with bank regulators.
